Founded in 1981 by UC Davis enology grads Richard Ward and David Graves, Saintsbury helped put cool-climate Carneros wines on the map and continues to produce wines that are expressive, balanced, and truly reflective of their vineyards.

Treat yourself to a decadent, drop-in tasting experience during Whiskey & Wine + Chocolate Week at Cellar 8 Wine Bar. Available all week long, this tasting is designed for easy enjoyment—just come in, order, and savor. Each tasting includes three wines and/or three whiskeys, and a thoughtfully selected assortment of chocolates, curated to complement and enhance every sip.
