Join us at Cellar 8 for a special Fall Pasta Bite Flight, created in collaboration with local pasta connoisseur Chef Alicia of Fun with Food. This three-course tasting highlights cozy, seasonal flavors—each pasta bite thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected wine:

  • Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter paired with Truchard Roussanne (Carneros)

  • Classic Lasagna Roll paired with Cavalier Los Andes Blend (Mendoza, Argentina)

  • Autumn Crunch Pasta Salad paired with Carl Graff Riesling (Germany)

In honor of World Pasta Day (October 25th), guests will also have the option to purchase the featured wines, dried pasta, and custom recipe cards—so you can bring the flavors home to your own table.
