Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut A vibrant introduction to the evening — bright and expressive, with a fine mousse and graceful balance. Paired with a delicate, buttery pastry complemented by a lightly whipped honey-thyme goat cheese accented with candied pecans
Champagne Jacquart Blanc de Blancs 2015 Elegant and mineral-driven, this cuvée captures the purity of Chardonnay in its most refined form. Served alongside a savory medley of aged and marinated elements, accented with truffle and a whisper of coastal salt to mirror the wine’s finesse.
Champagne Jacquart Alpha 2014 The pinnacle of the collection — layered, complex, and luxuriously textured. Paired with an artful balance of rich, buttery shortbread tones and subtle cocoa warmth, gently lifted by a touch of citrus to echo the wine’s lingering elegance.
