Join us for a special evening with Aperture Cellars, one of Sonoma County’s most exciting producers of Bordeaux-inspired wines.

Based in Healdsburg, Aperture was founded by acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz, whose approach combines Old World inspiration with the incredible fruit and diverse vineyard sites of Sonoma County. The winery focuses on Bordeaux varieties grown in cooler pockets of the region, creating wines known for their balance of richness, freshness, structure and elegance. Aperture’s beautiful labels also tell part of the story; each features original photography by Jesse’s father, renowned photographer Andy Katz, bringing together the family’s shared love of wine and art.

For this special Cellar 8 tasting, an Aperture winery representative will guide us through four different wines, giving you the opportunity to explore more of the portfolio and learn about the vineyards, winemaking and story behind each bottle.

If you fell in love with the Aperture Red Blend from our recent Wine Club shipment, this is your chance to discover even more of what they do so beautifully. We’ll venture beyond the red blend and taste selections including their Chenin Blanc, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon – from vibrant, expressive whites to the Cabernet that sits at the heart of the Aperture portfolio.

And because great wine deserves great food, your tasting will be accompanied by a full Cellar 8 charcuterie & small-bite spread, curated to enjoy alongside the wines throughout the evening.
