This special experience features a curated tasting plate by Chef Cindy with Making Spirits Bright alongside three exceptional South American wines from Cabernet Corp – allowing guests to explore and discover their own favorite pairings throughout the evening.

From deep in the jungle of the southernmost tip of the Yucatán Peninsula, Chef Cindy brings ancient Mayan-inspired flavors home to Carson City. Featured dishes like Chicken Molé and Cochinita Pibil reflect the Mayan culture’s deep connection to earth, tradition, and celebration.
